I have a chronic stiff neck & I am 7 weeks pregnant, can i massage the trigger points or is that dangerous? - spasms 7 weeks pregnant
I had problems with my neck and shoulders top (for a while before I discovered that I was pregnant). Before that I was pregnant with my own massage of trigger points in my neck and upper shoulders and helped me a lot. I am only 7 weeks pregnant and I read recently that massage is in the first quarter, no, no. I've also read that not every print and share if you have a massage.
My neck was in general much better now that I have done physical therapy, but no longer have this option. My physiotherapist told me I had a cramp in his shoulder up. My throat hurts, and yesterday's killing me. He tried a heating pad, ice pack, Bengay, Tylenol, etc., and they help a little.
Can I continue to self-massage of the neck and shoulders, as is before or too dangerousnow? And how much pressure may trigger point massage? Can a massage early pregnancy to a miscarriage or what they mean, how to get a deep massage with reference to a massage and that's a no, no.
My obstetrician is difficult to achieve, and for advice when I called Monday probably did not get until Tuesday.
Thank you for the advice.

If you know the trigger points for the uterus and not simply, neck and head and shoulders are fine, do not worry.
